To obtain a position in the field of graphic design with an interest in print material and web design.

EXPERIENCE

• Worked as a freelance graphic designer for several local companies.
• Started own graphic design and web design business.
• Worked for several local restaurants as a waiter, bartender and trainer using problem solving skills.

2003-present Freelance graphic design and web design.

Responsibilities include design concepts to include design, layout and presentation of proposals. Helping clients formulate a positive plan for execution of a web site and printed materials.

1996-present Little Pappas Seafood Kitchen and various local restaurants: Waiter, bartender and trainer.

Responsibilities include problem solving skills, customer relations, and handling large amounts of money. Helped people with suggestion on food and drink items. As bartender helped create new drinks for the restaurant. Maintained bar equipment and prepared mixes for daily use. Trained waiters and bartender in restaurant procedures. Created several displays for various contest and frozen machines.

1995-1994 Old Plantation: Disk Jockey

Responsibilities include choosing music for the club to be played on a nightly basis. Maintenance of equipment including light and speaker system. Setting for private parties and helping out in various bar activities.

1988-1993 United States Army: Squad Leader

Responsibilities include training five two man teams. Maintained technical and combat equipment. Compiled team training packets that included books and videos.
